Join RaiseAChild and our agency partner, Transition Children's Services, on Tuesday, July 21, 2026, from 6:00–7:30 p.m. PDT for an informative orientation session about becoming a resource family for a child or youth experiencing foster care.

Serving Fresno, Madera and Tulare Counties.

During this session, you will learn about:

  • Resource family qualifications
  • Home requirements
  • The Resource Family Approval (RFA) process
  • General information needed to begin your journey as a resource parent

Attendance at this orientation fulfills the orientation requirement of the Resource Family Approval (RFA) process.

Take the first step toward providing a safe, supportive, and nurturing home for children and youth in foster care. We look forward to connecting with you!
